To Whom It May Concern:

Re: Interworld Electronics &
      Computer Industries, Ltd.

I have been dealing with Mr. Ari Cassel for approximately six years. He has been
supplying our H.V. Non-Inductive Resistor needs for our Impulse Generator and
related applications.

The service he delivers in terms of speed of quotation and attention to details is
excellent. He will always try to give the best combination of price and performance.

This attention to the customers needs is also present after the order is given and the
Resistors are delivered.

Finally, and most importantly, the product will meet and exceed your expectations.
Haefely Trench is a manufacturer of H.V. Equipment and our test facility is mostly a
production environment and we cannot accept products that are less than completely
reliable.

We have found over the last six years that the H.V. Resistors are robust, completely
reliable and since we tested them ourselves, exhibit a reasonable amount of margins
over the rated values.

It is my opinion that the H.V. Resistors supplied by Interworld provide superior value
for the price.

Sincerely,

Ross Presta
TestLab Manager

Dear Mr. Cassel:

High Voltage Impulse Resistors

It is with pleasure, that we wish to comment on the performance of the above resistors.

During the past fifteen years we have required from you a substantial number of various high voltage impulse resistors. These resistors have been successfully used as waveshaping, charging and grounding resistors for our tow impulse voltage dividers and current shunts.

The parameters which, in our opinion, characterize these high quality resistors, which include very low inductance, high reliability and durability (due to generous design and excellent workmanship), resistance stability, very close tolerances (both resistive and mechanical) and appearance. In addition, we always appreciate your cooperation and ability to design special purpose resistors in terms of performance, dimensions and terminals.

Your company has been our sole resistor supplier since 1982. This is mainly due to excellent quality, short and reliable deliveries and also due to very competitive pricing.

We would like to thank you for your outstanding service you always extend to Powertech and wish you every success in future.

Yours truly,
